This one is really good for when you have your moon cycle.
The pomegranate, berries, and acai are loaded with fiber, antioxidants, and healthy omega-3 fats.
Plus, the Daily Green Boost offers a whole host of trace minerals, including magnesium and iron, which are very handy during your moon.
Of course, if you do not have a moon cycle, you can enjoy it too! It’s healthy for everybody.
Here’s The Recipe!
- 4 cups pomegranate juice*
- 4 cups mixed berries
- 1 pack acai
- 2 tbsp Daily Green Boost (or other green superfood powder and/or several handfuls of fresh dark leafy greens of your choice)
*Fresh is best, but bottled organic is a good second choice.
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Customize For Your Dosha:
Vata – See how you respond to the pomegranate, as it may aggravate vata. You can always substitute orange juice or coconut water, if needed.
Pitta – All of these ingredients are pitta-pacifying. Enjoy this refreshing, antioxidant-rich, beautifying beverage.
Kapha – Yay! A total winner for kapha! All these ingredients rock for you! As always, add in some extra greens and/or cucumber to balance the fruit sugars.
