You’re not ugly, but this smoothie is!
This one actually isn’t that ugly…
But it could be.
Add more Daily Green Boost or dark leafy greens, and see if you can make it a weird shade of somethin.’
It is SO SO GOOD! Enjoy.
Here’s The Recipe!
- 2 cups mango
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 packet acai
- 4 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp Daily Green Boost
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Customize For Your Dosha:
Vata – All these ingredients are vata-pacifying. Throw in a chunk of fresh ginger to increase warming quality. Add more mango to increase the heartiness and sweetness of this recipe.
Pitta – This is a great recipe for you too! It should help cool you down. All ingredients are pitta-pacifying.
Kapha – Mangoes and berries are kapha-pacifying! Orange juice is typically not considered optimal for kapha, but see how you respond to it. You can always substitute fresh coconut water. Add in extra dark leafy greens or cucumber to balance the fruit sugars.
