Ugly Smoothie Recipe: Diving Deep

It looks like a coffee drink, but it’s not…

And it gives so much more than coffee can!

I swear it tastes amazing…

And it’s packed with LIFE-giving, LIFE-affirming, LIFE-inspiring, LIVING foods…

Filled with love, light, and nutrition.

Come on, now, and give it a whirl.

Here’s The Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh orange juice*
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 cups blueberry
  • 1 packet acai
  • 2 tbsp Daily Green Boost (or other green powder of your choice, or as many dark leafy greens as you like!)

Process:

1. Place all ingredients in blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Customize for your dosha:

Vata – All these ingredients work for you! Throw in a chunk of fresh ginger to increase warming quality.

Pitta – This is a light, cooling, and hydrating recipe for you. All ingredients are pitta-pacifying.

Kapha – Orange juice and pineapple are not particularly kapha-friendly, but see how you do. Blueberries and acai work for you. As always, add in some extra greens and/or cucumber to balance the fruit sugars.
