OH MY GOSH: THIS IS SO GOOD!
I made this recipe to take with me for a day of running around doing errands and getting my car serviced.
I wasn’t sure how long I’d be gone, so I made not 1 but 2 ugly smoothies!
And, this one was scrumptious!
It’s light, refreshing, and sweet…The burst of basil makes it quite a unique flavor explosion.
Here’s The Recipe!
- 4 cups fresh orange juice
- 4 cups mango
- 2 handfuls power greens
- 2 tbsp Daily Green Boost
- 1 handful basil leaves
1. Place all ingredients, except basil, in blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. At the last minute, add basil, and pulse blend to combine.
Recommendations For Your Dosha:
Vata – This is hydrating sweet magic for you. Everything in this works for you. Enjoy!
Pitta – All of these ingredients are soothing to pitta. Let the light hydration infuse you with energy!
Kapha – Oranges may not be the best choice for kapha, so see how you do. Substitute additional mango and greens, if needed.
